GIBSON'S Negroni
In an ice-filled tumbler glass, add:
30 ml GIBSON'S Gin
30 ml red vermouth
15 ml Italian bitters
Orange twist
Preparation
Simply fill the tumbler glass with ice and pour in your GIBSON'S Gin, red vermouth and Italian bitters. Stir gently and garnish with a twist of orange.
The origins of the Negroni
The Negroni was first created in 1919 when Count Camillo Negroni returned to Florence after discovering gin in England and asked bartender Fosco Scarelli at Café Casoni to make an Americano, his favourite cocktail, using gin instead of sparkling water.
