The origins of the Bramble cocktail

The Bramble cocktail was invented in 1984 by Dick Bradsell, a barman at Fred’s Club in Soho, London. As a child he had often gone bramble picking on the Isle of Wight and wanted to bring the memory to life in the form of a cocktail.
